Responsibilities:
* Designs staff work plan based on communication from the Development Manager regarding customer requirements Generates and details dependencies and resources needed from the customer in order to deliver customer requirements
* · Designs and manages project schedules/ timelines
* · Monitors progress against project timelines and generates status reports
* · Recommends adjustments in project timelines to the Development Manager as the need arises
* · Resolves issues that may arise among staff and/or customers
* · Corresponds with customers via phone, email, and instant messaging to gather customer requirements
* · Analyzes and documents customer requirements by generating UML diagrams (i.e.,basic system model, detailed use cases with GUI, high level class diagrams, high-level sequence diagrams, high-level activity diagrams FAQ/Glossary, and the preliminary schedule
* · Responds to customer queries and concerns promptly
* · Trains customers on software use
* · Collaborates with the Architect to come up with the preliminary design in the form of the following artifacts: system architecture, packages/modules, data-base mapping, database design, and basic screen design
* · Encourages staff to focus on service quality
* · Oversees and completion of documentation requirements by Junior Systems Analysts and trainees
* · Supervises Junior Systems Analysts and trainees in documenting preliminary and detailed designs using the prescribed document templates and tools (i.e., Caliber RM or similar applications)
* · Collaborates with Quality Assurance in preparing artifacts for review
* · Orients and trains staff on tasks and duties expected of them
* · Provides training for Systems Analysts on proper systems analysis procedures
* · Coaches staff on their performance
* · Provides regular performance feedback
* · Engages staff in planning and decision-making
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): .net, SQL.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
