System Architect

* Experience and mastered capabilities in managing and consolidating branches of code from multiple teams as well as version controls.
* Background in AGILE or similar methodology ideal with deployment automation skill sets a plus.
* Programming and integrating applications and portlets into Websphere Portal Server 6
* Deep understanding and familiarity with the functionality of software products such as Websphere Portal Server
* Connections Quickr Lucene as well as the numerous offerings on w3 alphaworks and TAP
* Strong experience programming in Java and Websphere Portal version 6
* Familiarity with J2EE
* Familiarity with Web 2.0 standards such as REST and AJAX
* Familiarity with UNIX (e.g. Aix or Linux)
* Demonstrated knowledge in social collaboration tools and applications
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): AGILE, Websphere Portal Server 6, J2EE.
* Preferred skill(s): Java, AJAX, UNIX.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
