Responsibilities:
* to provide 24×7 monitoring and support of the business Development
* to react and take actions in attempt to avoid or resolve service incidents
* to prepare reports related to all service incidents
* to act as a communication center for other technical groups
Requirements:
* advanced user of the personal computer (MS Windows, Office applications, Internet)
* responsible and punctual
* good communication skills (English)
* ability to work in a team environment
* ability to perform multiple tasks
* ability to understand new knowledge quickly
* wiliness to undergo trainings
* readiness to work according to the following pattern: DDDD-oooo-NNNN-oooo (where D - day shift; N – night shift; o – day off)
* basic knowledge in System Administration or Networking
* basic knowledge of Unix-based OS (Linux, Fedora etc.)
