Responsibilities:
Leads application design and development
Performs technical governance in compliance with standards
Develops and implements development process and improvements
Performs research and development on new technologies
Reports to Head of Regional Architecture Group
Requirements:
Candidate must be a Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
Must have at least seven years of working experience in software/application development
With at least three years experience in application design (web-based)
Should have at least three years exposure in developing financial-based applications (ideally high volume transactions)
Solid knowledge in software development methodologies
Solid design and development knowledge in J2EE and .Net technologies
Knowledgeable with design patterns and technical architecture principles
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
