Responsibilities:
Manage the development and deployment of new applications, systems software, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise.
Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
Manage and provide direction for the application development team in support of business operations.
Provide technical leadership to the project team.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems
Gather system requirements, conduct analysis, co-ordinate the design of solutions and establish metrics for success
Develop conversion and system implementation plans
Prepare system functional and other project documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent.
At least 3 years of technical team leadership experience or 5 years of direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management.
Experience with a top tier web software and/or large consulting firm an advantage.
Knowledgeable in SaaS solutions and implementation such as Salesforce.com, Google, and WorkDay ; Programming technologies such as HTML, XML, SOAP, AJAX, JavaScript, Adobe Flex, Java, J2EE, JSP, PHP, C#.NET, VB.NET, C/C++, PL/SQL, Perl, TCL, CORBA, COM/DCOM, Salesforce.com S-Control, Salesforce.com APEX Code; Database platforms such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase, Informix, MySQL; Informatica, Data Stage, CTI and wireless technologies.
Preferably with working experience with enterprise clients or in multiple segments of financial services industries.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
