Responsibilities:
•Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
•Providing information on products and services.
•Providing of solutions for technical and service issues.
Requirement:
• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• Average to Above Average English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in software/internet troubleshooting.
• Amenable to work on graveyard and shifting schedules.
• Available to start this JANUARY!

Type of Employment: Direct hire and probationary
Compensation: 15 – 20K (inclusive of Basic Salary, Allowances and Night Differential)
