Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service and technical support to customers’ queries and concerns.
Requirement:
• Completed at least two years in college or graduate of any 4 year course.
• Average to Excellent English communication skills.
• Must have at least 1 year Call Center experience (CSR or TSR).
• Has understanding of internet services.
• Computer literate with keyboarding skills.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexible to changes.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong.
• Full-time positions available.
