Technical Support Representatives
Northern and Central Luzon Residents (For Manila Hiring)
Clark Field, Pampanga

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a technical support representative, you’ll be assisting people from different countries; receiving, assessing, troubleshooting and resolving support requests for products such as Internet Service Provider (ISP) connections. You will analyze the source of problems reported, locating trends and recommending measures to minimize or eliminate future occurrences. You must be able to handle calls and navigate the computer, while providing superb service.

Candidates must also be knowlegeable in the following:
Differences between Windows 98 and XP
Ability to navigate to the control panel (98 or XP)
Ability to list more than one Internet connection type (dial-up,DSL,cable,LAN,Wi-Fi etc.)
How to remove softwares (through add/remove programs)

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/short course certificate.

* With IT inclination; familiar with Internet connection, Windows 98 and various Operating Systems.

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Good problem solving and decision making skills.

* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

* Candidates will be processed in our Clark office and must be willing to be assigned in our Manila sites (Makati, Shaw, Libis and Alabang).

* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
