RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Is aware of Customer Service Oriented Principles.
* Can easily provide technical solutions for the customer efficiently and accurately.
* Candidate is motivated and can work under pressure. Can also deliver a good customer service experience under those conditions.
* Is a team player.
* Has good listening and speaking skills to be able to asses customer concerns in a proactive and dynamic manner, and resolve them efficiently.
* Must be able to work with several call center systems at once; multitasking on the PC console is a must.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
