(Central Visayas – Cebu City)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* This is an inbound Technical account.
* Must be able to resolve client’s issues while talking to customers over the phone.
* Provide step-by-step troubleshooting procedures to the customers.
* Willing to work in shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.
* Must have at least 1 year of College education. (incoming second year)
* Required skill(s): Excellent English Communication skills, Customer Service Skills.
* Preferred skill(s): Multitasking skills, software/hardware troubleshooting skills.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
