Test Manager
(National Capital Reg – Eastwood City, Quezon City)
Responsibilities:
* Managing, directing and mentoring junior and senior test team members, assigning tasks and monitoring progress, driving quality improvement initiatives, and interfacing with members of business staff.
* Experience of devising and implementing a range of testing procedures, testing process, and producing test strategies.
* Analyzing requirements and design specifications.
* Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test case design and automated test scripts.
* Report, maintain and monitor project defect tracking system.
* Planning and managing projects or products testing phase to meet specific objectives or goals.
* Propose test ing framework and develop of processes and procedures for increasing quality of software testing deliverables.
* With at least 7 years of software testing experience and handling complex application.
* Must have an extensive experience with automated test tool software (e.g., Mercury Interactive’s WinRunner or QuickTest Professional) and test plan management software (e.g.,HP-Quality Center, Rational Clear Quest, etc).
* Superior problem solving skills, proven team player, and ability to multi-task.
* With a proven ability to quickly and creatively assess and resolve issues relating to workload balancing of staff and handling of critical quality issues.
* Strong communication, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Should have working experience and knowledge in a process-oriented development environment (V-Model,RUP, Agile, etc.).
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Mercury Interactive’s WinRunner, QuickTest Professional, HP-Quality Center, Rational Clear Quest.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City,Quezon City.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
