Tier 2 Technical Support Analyst (Applications Developer)

Requirements:
* Willing to receive calls and provide technical support for software developer applications
* Understands database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL
* Able to read, develop, and debug HTML and CSS
* Familiarity with XML (SOAP/Web Services)
* With experience using network troubleshooting tools such as ping, traceroute and nslookup
* Solid knowledge of computer operating systems.
* With experience working with XML, Java and SQL
* Amenable to a shifting schedule (day-time, mid-shift or night-time shifts) and willing to work on weekends and/or holidays
* Excellent English communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving, decision making skills
