Trainer – Leyte
(Eastern Visayas – Palo, Leyte)
Responsibilities:
* Coordinates and implements training to TSR/CSR’s on the client’s products and/or services. May include selling techniques and travel to other sites with shared clients.
* Prepare and/or develop training materials including outlines, fact sheets, exams, and supporting documents.
* Monitors and analyzes TSR/CSR’s performance to identify further training needs. Provide continuous improvement feedback to Operations on areas to improve productivity and production.
* Implements motivational programs and contests to ensure higher levels of performance.
* Track progress and maintain records of all training activities.
* Regularly communicates with client to maintain product/service knowldege and additional training needs of TSR/CSR’s.
* Attends scheduled training/business growth seminars and training meetings as scheduled.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* One to two years telemarketing and/or customer service and training experience prefered.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
* Ability to educate, motivate, and conduct interactive/lecture style instruction.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to manage resources and people.
* Full-Time positions available.
