Responsibilities:
For Communication Trainers
* Facilitates training classes covering all phases of training from communications till incubation training
* Provides continuous improvement training to operations or cross training on new and existing programs needed
* Provides coaching to trainees and prepares training reports
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor
For Technical Trainer
* Will teach Programming Languages such as COBOL, JAVA, Microsoft.Net, Oracle
Requirements:
For Communication Trainers (2)
*
College Graduate of any courses
*
Develop training modules that fit the requirements of the account
*
Excellent presentation skills
*
Excellent level of Communication and Comprehension skills
*
Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
*
At least 2 years CCA experience
*
At least 1 year training experience
For Technical Trainer
Microsoft.Net Trainer (3)
* At least 1 year working or teaching experience in VB.Net/ASP.Net enterprise web application development, College Graduate
Java Trainer (3)
* At least 1 year working or teaching experience in JAVA enterprise web application development, Should pass PSIA teacher evaluation, College graduate
Oracle Trainer (3)
* At least 1 year working or teaching experience in Oracle Forms, Reports and PL/SQL, Should pass PSIA teacher evaluation, College graduate, Preferably an Oracle Certified Professional
COBOL Trainer (2)
* At least 1 year working or teaching experience in legacy mainframe application development using Cobol, Should pass PSIA teacher evaluation, College graduate
