Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 5 year(s) of experience in training, at least 1 year of which is in a BPO / ITES company
* Excellent communication, leadership, influencing and decision-making skills
* Strong technical skills in developing and delivering training modules, and in developing and strengthening the Training Team
