REQUIREMENTS:

* Previous work experience on troubleshooting computers is a plus.
* Hardware/Software knowledge regarding computers ( computer assembly, hardware components, software applications)
* Willing to work shifting schedules.
* Must have good communication skills.
* Graduate of at least 2yrs college education with no back subjects. If undergrad and did not complete 4yrs. must have previous call center experience regarding trouble shooting computers.
