Responsibilities:
* Translate the needs of the Call Center Operations to the Web Programmers and Developers.
* Ensure that bugs and issues are addressed.
* Creates a process where operational issues are logged and addressed.
* Manages multiple priorities.
* Ability to communicate to Filipinos, Americans and Indians.
* Able to manage details and stay on top of them to ensure progress is made in streamlining operations.
* Recognizing points of improvement and developing effective action plans to overcome them.
* Monitoring goals and completing related reports
* Providing positive, consistent and motivational leadership.
* Lead a team and being self-motivated.
* Follows a formal management process.
* Translate ideas into action.
Requirements:
* Graduate of B.S. Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
* At least 2 years of actual experience as a Team Manager or IT Liaison Manager.
* Must have extensive management and writing experience, preferably B2B.
* Ability to pursue and manage a team in achieving high performance and sales goals.
* Providing effective feedback and constructive coaching to the agents.
* Ability to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
* Strong work ethic, motivated and result oriented.
* Excellent listening skills and attention to details.
* Good computer skills.
* Must be extremely strong and fluent in English.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
