Responsibilities:

* Produce weekly & monthly analysis and reporting on results of marketing programs & experiments
* Coordinate internal and external resources building out reports, dashboards, automated reports and reporting templates
* Document reporting requirements and define report template and dashboard specifications
* Design, develop and maintain reporting frameworks that focus on web marketing effectiveness, key performance indicators and continuous site/marketing improvement.
* Identify key performance indicators to measure site experience, content performance, design performance, goal and objective benchmarking and achievement.
* Translate business goals into measureable and actionable objectives and make recommendations on tracking, reporting, benchmarking and analysis in order to measure performance against objectives.
* Mentor internal teams in how to best use performance and campaign reporting provided.
* Coordinating, customizing and implementation of tracking tags as required by a project
* Implementation of Multivariate testing strategies and post test analysis. Experience with a MVP or A|B testing technology a plus.
* Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of advanced WebTrends experience
* High level of expertise in report analysis & click-stream analysis in WebTrends.
* High level of expertise in identifying and configuring different reports/dashboards in WebTrends.
* At least two years of focused work with web analytics. Candidates will be hands-on analysts and must be able to create required reports & analysis without additional training.
* Candidates will be able to analyze basic website, user, traffic, and campaign data to identify opportunities, and potential problems or bottlenecks.
* Able to create effective and persuasive presentations. Strong PowerPoint skills required.
* Able to use Excel in a sophisticated manner.
* Excellent written, oral communication. Must be able to clearly articulate and present findings, recommendations, and status to team members and executive management.
* Must have basic, working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTML
* Able to work effectively both independently and as a member of a remote team.
* Business experience working in Marketing, Digital/Interactive Advertising, or related background a plus
* Exposure to project management skills and business process principles a plus.
