Responsibilities:
REPORTS TO DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
• A web designer within development is responsible for creation and design of our website user interface, including graphics and icons.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To design and develop the corporate websites ensuring strong functionality and optimization
• To design and develop relational database systems and their web interfaces.
• Responsible for integrating the SQL Server database with the company website.
• Responsible for the design of company web pages, including graphics, animation and functionality.
• To develop web page infrastructure and application related to pages with more advanced graphics and features.
• To assist the IT Director in the planning of overall company strategy regarding web development and search engine optimization.
• To monitor web server and site technical performance.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Proven graphics design skills
• At least two years experience with web site design
SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
• Proven Web and Database Development experience.
• In depth ASP, JSP, JavaScript, CSS and (X) HTML knowledge
• Strong database knowledge specifically SQL Server
• Web / Graphical Design skills would be desirable.
• A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
